The Handweavers Guild of Boise Valley was formed in 1972. Since then it has been a place for weavers, spinners and fiber artists to meet and support each other in their pursuit of knowledge.

The Guild has about ninety weavers, spinners and fiber artists from Boise and the surrounding area as members. The purposes of the Handweavers Guild of Boise Valley are to carry on, study, and foster the arts and crafts of handweaving, spinning and fiberarts.

Membership dues are $30 per year.  The benefits of membership include a monthly newsletter, access to the guild library and rental equipment, and the opportunities to attend workshops and join study groups hosted by the guild.

The Regular Monthly Meetings are usually held on the first Saturday of the month, from September through June. Look for up to date information in the Newsletters.
